Originating in southern Sri Lanka in the early 1960s, its roots trace back to the automobile engineering business of founder Dr. P. N. Nandadasa in Matara. Officially incorporated in 1975, FLEXPORT pioneered the recognition industry in Sri Lanka. The company focuses on customized manufacturing, handling each product as a unique project. Its main product lines include trophies, medals, plaques, souvenirs, hotel accessories, and signage. In 1985, FLEXPORT earned national recognition, winning the top award in Craft and Interior Décor. Innovation led to diversification into flexible manufacturing systems and eco-friendly packaging, earning two World Star Awards and a Gold Medal for the Best Invention of the World from the World Intellectual Property Institute, Geneva.
